"Emily Arden Eakland (she/her) supports organizations and artists in realizing their most ambitious public projects."
Visionary public programming specialist with 15+ years of experience curating exceptional, multigenerational, and inclusive community-based spaces, places, programs, events, and fundraisers. Her training as a dancer informs the way she moves through the world, and her experience in public programming and community-building directs her approach to each project. Ms. Eakland is of two disciplined minds—that of an artist and that of a producer—and she works with individuals and organizations to zoom out and see the “big picture” while also diving into the details, creating scalable, seamless projects. Ms. Eakland is searching for a Director or Associate Director level position in a performing or multi-disciplinary arts organization, and/or in a public programming and community engagement focused role in a non-profit. She is willing to relocate.
